Mais sobre as configurações do sistema pendurado [fechado]

Aqui estão mais algumas informações sobre o problema de travamento das Configurações do Sistema que eu postei anteriormente ( O Ubuntu 16.04.2 trava ao abrir as configurações do sistema )

Pela primeira vez nas últimas meia dúzia de tentativas, ele não parou indefinidamente. Eu prestei muita atenção ao relógio e aqui estão as informações registradas depois que o sistema ficou pendurado por 11 segundos (22:02:46 - 22:02:57).

Isso é mais provável devido ao svideo no seu laptop.

Você pode tentar desativar o svideo com a opção de inicialização do kernel da seguinte forma:

video=SVIDEO-1:d

Se você tiver grub, pode editar o arquivo /etc/default/grub e alterar a linha:

GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash video=SVIDEO-1:d"

Em seguida, execute:

$ update-grub
$ reboot

Está a falhar no seu controlador de vídeo. Você está executando uma versão atual do Ubuntu com todas as atualizações? Você instalou algum driver de vídeo especial?

Você tem um BIOS antigo. Atualização para a versão F.5A Rev. A asap, encontrada em link

E com processadores Intel, você deve ter o intel-microcode instalado ... para garantir que você tenha o microcódigo de processador mais recente ...

Em terminal ...

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install intel-microcode
