Eu tinha instalado um conjunto de programas chamado CCP4, mas estava tendo problemas com alguns dos programas. Eu pensei que tinha removido os arquivos de uma maneira aceitável, mas quando eu abro o terminal eu recebo essa mensagem de erro no topo e acho que isso está impedindo a instalação adequada deste programa.

No final do seu .bashrc , você tem estas linhas:

As linhas que começam com # são ignoradas, elas são apenas comentários que você escreve para que você possa lembrar para que serve cada linha. No entanto, o próximo está procurando pelo arquivo /home/kylekroeck/Public/ccp4-6.4.0/bin/ccp4.setup-sh e tenta source dele, essencialmente leia o arquivo e execute quaisquer comandos nele. Como esse arquivo não existe mais, bash está causando um erro.

Tudo o que você precisa fazer é excluir essa linha ou apenas adicionar # no início para transformá-la em um comentário. Depois disso, os erros desaparecerão.

grep ccp4 ~/.profile ~/.bash*
