Kubuntu 16.04 Windows vai atrás do painel após a atualização [fechado]

Eu tenho exatamente o mesmo problema que Plasma: o Windows vai atrás do painel (sem telas múltiplas)

após atualização não identificada (uma das seguintes)

Eu uso quase configurações padrão, mas o painel no topo. Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Carbono

Eu encontrei uma solução depois de inspecionar tudo. Em Display e monitor Configuração do display alguma coisa mal alterada Tela principal para Nenhuma saída primária . Depois de mudar para Tela do laptop , o problema desaparece.
