NÃO SEI POR QUE ESTÁ MOSTRANDO AS QUESTÕES DA NVIDIA, EU NÃO TENHO CARTÃO GRÁFICO NVIDIA, TENHO UM CARTÃO GRÁFICO SIMPLES.

Eu não sei como resolver esses problemas de dependências não atendidas, há várias coisas que quero fazer:

1) Desde que eu comprei o laptop há apenas uma semana, enquanto atualizava para o 16.04 de 14.04, sempre tive o erro das dependências não atendidas. Assim, não posso atualizá-lo. Tem sido pelo menos quatro vezes que eu mudei minhas configurações de laptop para configurações de fábrica.

2) Devido a isso minha condição de trabalho do laptop também mudou, foi deteriorado um pouco.

3) Por favor, diga-me como resolvê-los usando o gerenciador de pacotes synaptic ou o terminal

4) O dell deu uma versão ruim do Ubuntu 14.04?

Por favor, ajude, seria muito bom

Existem duas maneiras de corrigi-lo, da maneira mais difícil e mais fácil.

O caminho mais difícil

Você não digitou o nome do pacote correto para o Python Interpreter (v3.4) em sua pergunta. Abra o terminal e digite:

sudo apt-get install python3.4  

No Ubuntu 14.04, este comando instalará o pacote python3.4 corretamente. Usar o Ubuntu Software Center no Ubuntu 14.04 para instalar o software evitará que esses tipos de erros ocorram.

O que fazer com todas as dependências do pacote nvidia? Você não precisa dos pacotes nvidia agora, e mesmo se você precisar deles, poderá reinstalá-los mais tarde. Enquanto isso, esses pacotes conflitantes estão no caminho. Para removê-los, digite:

sudo apt-get remove ibcuda1-304 libcuda1-304-updates nvidia-304 nvidia-304-updates nvidia-libopencl1-304 nvidia-libopencl1-304-updates nvidia-opencl-icd-304 nvidia-opencl-icd-304-updates
sudo reboot

O Ubuntu não foi projetado para ser um sistema operacional de última geração. Ele é projetado para ser um sistema operacional para os seres humanos, no qual tudo deve funcionar fora da caixa. Como você acabou de comprar o laptop, não há motivo para não desistir de se tornar engenheiro de sistemas antes de aprender como funciona o sistema operacional e fazer uma instalação limpa do Ubuntu 16.04.
