problema ao instalar o MySQL no Ubuntu 15.04

Ao tentar o seguinte:

apt-get install mysql-server mysql-client

Estou recebendo a seguinte resposta:

Estou correndo como root.

Alguém sabe como consertar isso? Eu sou novo nisso. Encontrei postagens semelhantes neste site, mas não consigo encontrar uma solução.

Esse é o seu erro. O script postinst chama logger , o que gerará algo para o syslog.

Verifique se ele está instalado primeiro - sudo apt-get install bsdutils
