Li sobre uma dúzia de sudo apt-get update de perguntas e tentei as soluções sugeridas. Nenhum deles funcionou. Acabei de instalar o Lubuntu 15.04 no meu laptop, inicializando-o ao lado do Windows 8. Quando executo sudo apt-get update , recebo esses erros:

Recomendo que você altere seu serviço de espelho, pois ph.archive.ubuntu.com parece não resolver, porque o subdomínio foi eliminado ou há algum tipo de problema de proxy estranho.
Solução: substitua todas as ocorrências de ph.archive.ubuntu.com por archive.ubuntu.com , ou seja, remova ph. das urls, deixando tudo como é.
