xfce4-gtk3 não possui um arquivo Release

Se você está olhando para porta Xfce4 para Gtk3 e gdbus , tanto a preparação do PPA quanto o teste do PPA parecem não ser mais acessível. Os links para o PPA no Launchpad.net só retornarão "Erro: Página não encontrada".

O erro que você está vendo provavelmente se deve ao fato de o PPA de teste ter sido preterido pela equipe de desenvolvimento do Xubuntu. No Xubuntu, vá para Configurações > Software e amp; Atualizações > Outro Software para remover o PPA de teste e executar a atualização novamente para ver sem erros.
