Erros na instalação da oitava no ubuntu 16.10

O Ubuntu 16.10 não é mais suportado e o PPA não possui um recurso de segurança necessário (e, portanto, provavelmente nunca deveria ter funcionado). O PPA certamente não será atualizado. O Ubuntu 16.10 não será . Você deve primeiro tomar medidas para manter seu computador seguro usando uma versão suportada do Ubuntu.

Assim que possível, você deve atualizar para o Ubuntu 17.10 (executar o Software Updater) ou instalar o Ubuntu 16.04 LTS sobre a sua instalação existente do Ubuntu (isso deve preservar sua pasta pessoal, mas fazer backups). Você pode ficar com o Ubuntu 16.04 LTS até abril de 2021, ou pode atualizar de 17.10 a 18.04 LTS em abril e continuar com isso até abril de 2023.

O Octave está incluído nos repositórios do Ubuntu. O Ubuntu 16.04 LTS contém v4.0.0 e o Ubuntu 17.10 e 18.04 contêm v4.2.1, que é a versão mais recente.
