Ubuntu 16.04 - Wi-Fi não liga

Question

Estou com problemas com meu Wi-Fi. Eu não posso ligá-lo. Eu olhei para as configurações de rede e o modo avião está ligado. Tentei desligá-lo, mas toda vez que fecho a janela, o modo de avião é ligado novamente e meu botão de Wi-Fi não liga, não importa o que aconteça.

Aqui está a lista de coisas que tentei:

1. reinicie o sistema.
2. sudo rfkill unblock all .
3. sudo service network-manager restart .
4. Tentei procurar opções de Wi-Fi no meu BIOS, mas não existia isso.

E este é um relatório do meu sistema. BTW eu sou novo no Ubuntu.

Eu não acredito que o seu laptop seja ambos um Acer e um Sony. Vamos colocar em lista negra sony-laptop e ver se você pode agora ligar o wireless:

Reinicie e deixe-nos ouvir o resultado.

EDITAR : Como você descobriu que a lista negra não é útil, vamos inverter isso:

sudo gedit /etc/modprobe.d/blaclist.conf

Use nano ou kate ou leafpad se você não tiver o editor de texto gedit. Alterar a última linha de:

blacklist sony_laptop

Para ler em vez disso:

blacklist acer_wmi

Revise cuidadosamente, salve e feche o editor de texto.

Reinicie. Existe alguma melhoria?
