Oi eu tenho problemas com o meu apt-get update, eu tentei substituir todas as entradas do arquivo com versões antigas em sources.list sem sucesso.

Durante os comentários e bate-papo, percebemos que o problema estava em como a nvidia implementou a instalação de compilação cruzada para Jetpacks: link
para corrigir o problema sugerido pelo link acima
sudo apt-get purge ".*:arm64"
sudo dpkg --remove-architecture arm64
Outro passo foi definir explicitamente todos os links de origem para a arquitetura correta: ( link )
