Como verificar a versão do flex e do bison no Ubuntu 14.04 LTS?

A maioria dos sistemas Linux e BSD vem com flex e bison como parte do sistema básico. Quero verificar a versão atual do flex & amp; bison no meu sistema linux. Como fazer isso?

Use a opção --version :

$ bison --version
bison (GNU Bison) 3.0.2
