O sudo inicia o processo em um novo ambiente, que é redefinido por padrão antes do comando ser executado.

Se o administrador da máquina não o tiver permitido em / etc / sudoers, você poderá usar sudo -E command para preservar as variáveis de ambiente do usuário para o comando.

Como você está executando o script no sudo, ele não vai usar a variável env definida no usuário gandalf. Talvez adicionar a variável env ao /root/.bashrc possa ajudar!

Embora haja muitas maneiras, você pode simplesmente seguir estas etapas:

  1. sudo vi /etc/environment
  2. Adicione sua variável env no arquivo: JAVA_HOME=/usr/lib/jvm/java-7-oracle/
  3. source /etc/environment
  4. Agora, $JAVA_HOME seria acessível para todos os usuários.
  5. Execute seu script: sudo sh runxnc.sh
