problemas de dependência impedem a configuração do linux-headers-virtual

Estou executando o Ubuntu 12.04.2 LTS em uma caixa virtual e tenho um pequeno problema. Sempre que tento fazer uma atualização, recebo:

Alguma idéia / sugestão sobre como corrigir esse problema? Agradecemos antecipadamente.

PS: Eu tentei com o apt-get autoremove e autoclean sem sorte.

Seguindo a sugestão de Mitch, eu tentei o dpkg --configure --pending, sem qualquer sorte também. Mesmos erros. Eu também tentei os outros dois comandos sugeridos, mas sua saída não adiciona nenhuma outra informação ao que já é fornecido:

Uma coisa que devo mencionar é que, na verdade, eu não tinha inodes suficientes ( df -i mostrou 100% de IUse% para / dev / mapper / cacti-root). Eu tive que remover manualmente arquivos de /usr/src/linux-headers-X.X.X-XX para versões mais antigas. Agora, no entanto, não é mais o problema.

Eu tenho o plano e o virtual para ...- 43 e ...- 45, mas não o pacote virtual para ...- 44. Parece que o problema dos inodes foi levantado durante a atualização automática em 24 de maio e foi deixado pela metade.

Existe alguma maneira de baixar e extrair esses arquivos para que dpkg --install não falhe? Obrigado.

Acho que baixar arquivos x64 pode ajudar;)

Ele falha novamente, reclamando sobre o Linux-virtual também. A única diferença é que, desde que eu corri com o sinalizador -f (orce) configurado, agora eu tenho 3.2.0.48.58 instalado também.

Prefácio: Foi uma sessão de perguntas e respostas. Esta resposta resume a solução líder de etapas (omitindo alguns pontos finais).

Primeiramente, precisávamos de algumas informações sobre o sistema. (Ele pode ser recuperado abrindo uma janela de terminal e executando os comandos fornecidos no prompt.):

• O kernel atualmente usado: uname -r
• Os pacotes de kernel e cabeçalho atualmente instalados: dpkg --list linux-[hi]* | cat
• A arquitetura atual: dpkg --print-architecture
• O espaço livre em disco no sistema: df -h
• Os inodes gratuitos no sistema: df -i

A raiz do problema de dependências não atendidas foi a falta de espaço livre / inodes em algum momento. Ao instalar os kernels / headers, é sempre aconselhável ter pelo menos 150 MB de espaço livre em /lib (ou /root se você tiver usado o método de particionamento automático na instalação). Além disso, o número de inodes livres não deve estar próximo de 100%, porque muitos arquivos são instalados ao longo desses pacotes.

Depois de garantir espaço livre suficiente para armazenar esses arquivos, procedemos à instalação dos pacotes perdidos, fazendo o download deles e usando dpkg --install package.deb . (Por favor, note que ao instalar os pacotes manualmente, você é responsável por preencher as dependências do pacote. Neste caso, não poderíamos usar apt , simplesmente porque o sistema estava em um estado inconsistente e não funcionava.)

Precisamos determinar quais pacotes estavam faltando. Foi sugerido nas mensagens de erro de dependência do comando dpkg ( apt ).

Para cumprir a primeira dependência:

linux-headers-virtual : Depends: linux-headers-3.2.0-44-virtual but it is not installed

O seguinte pacote foi necessário:

• linux-headers-3.2.0-44-virtual_3.2.0-44.69_amd64.deb

Para atender às segundas dependências (e mais):

linux-virtual : Depends: linux-image-virtual (= 3.2.0.44.53) but 3.2.0.45.54 is installed

Os seguintes pacotes foram necessários:

• linux-virtual_3.2.0.48.58_amd64.deb
• linux-headers-3.2.0-48-virtual_3.2.0-48.74_amd64.deb
• linux-headers-3.2.0-48_3.2.0-48.74_all.deb
• linux-headers-virtual_3.2.0.48.58_amd64.deb

Localizar os pacotes foi um pouco difícil. Mas você pode recuperá-los usando o seguinte método:

• Abra a página do Linux Kernel Launchpad .
• Clique em "Todos os pacotes",
• selecione a série de distribuição "Precise" e o pacote de fontes "linux" ou "linux-meta" e
• selecione a versão que você está procurando.
• Clique no pacote binário apropriado e
• selecione seu pacote na lista.
• Dê uma olhada nos arquivos para download.

Para instalar um pacote baixado:

• Salve em um diretório,
• cd dentro e
• use dpkg --install downloaded_package_name.deb para instalar o pacote.

Certifique-se de deixar o diretório antes de executar dpkg --list consultas.

Depois de encontrar todas as dependências, você pode executar

apt-get update && apt-get upgrade

E nenhuma mensagem de erro deve aparecer. Pode haver pacotes novos / atualizados, pois o sistema não conseguiu se atualizar por um tempo.

Uma solução muito, muito mais simples, que não envolve baixar manualmente os pacotes e ignorar a assinatura de pacotes, etc:

sudo apt-get remove linux-headers-virtual linux-virtual  
sudo apt-get install linux-headers-virtual linux-virtual
sudo apt-get -f install
sudo apt-get autoremove

As duas últimas etapas são opcionais e apenas verificam a instalação e a limpeza, respectivamente.

Tente isso. Apenas pressione Ctrl + Alt + T no seu teclado para abrir o Terminal. Quando se abre, execute o (s) comando (s) abaixo:

Só quero dizer que estou enfrentando o mesmo problema. Ninguém mencionou isso, mas isso não é um bug no apt? Quer dizer, se pudermos forçar a instalação de alguns pacotes e consertá-los manualmente, não poderemos imaginar isso sozinho e fazer o trabalho necessário?

Eu tenho uma pequena partição / boot e depois de um tempo muitos kernels instalados fizeram a partição ficar cheia. Comecei a receber uma mensagem de erro semelhante, não vou reproduzir as informações aqui porque elas são exatamente as mesmas que já foram reportadas.

O objetivo desta mensagem é apenas levantar o sinalizador sobre esse problema, está impactando outras pessoas e deixando o apt em um estado em que as atualizações de segurança não estão sendo aplicadas quando deveriam. Em um servidor voltado para a Internet, isso pode se tornar um pesadelo se uma vulnerabilidade de segurança crítica não for corrigida com rapidez suficiente porque o apt está quebrado.
