Falha no Ubuntu 12.04 para atualizar

Estou tentando atualizar meu Ubuntu com "sudo-apt-get update" Abaixo está o erro que estou recebendo. Por favor me ajude a resolver.

Seu servidor proxy (172.16.63.15:3128) não pode ser acessado. Verifique se está configurado corretamente ou tente se conectar diretamente.

O servidor security.ubuntu.com simplesmente não está respondendo agora. Tente outro servidor.

Vá para Configurações do Sistema e clique em Software e Atualizações. Na primeira guia, localize a lista suspensa rotulada como Baixar e escolha outro local para seus downloads ou Servidor Principal.

Eu resolvi antes assim.
