O Ubuntu 12.04 não reconhece corretamente a CPU corretamente

A parte importante de tudo isso é cpu MHz : 1800.000 , o que indica que eu tenho apenas 1.8ghz de poder de processamento, o que é totalmente errado. É algo com drivers ou Ubuntu? Além disso, o Windows reconhecerá todo o meu poder de processamento? Obrigado!

O que está sendo relatado é a velocidade dinâmica do clock. Devido à escala de frequência dinâmica , sua velocidade de clock deve ser de apenas 3.8GHz sob carga pesada. Tanto o Ubuntu quanto o Windows irão lidar com isso da mesma forma.

Note que você deve ser capaz de definir a velocidade do relógio no BIOS, mas 1800 MHz é uma configuração perfeitamente razoável.
