Por que o dictonary de Longman não funciona com o Ubuntu 12.04?

Eu instalei o Longman Dictionary of Contemporary English 5 no Ubuntu 12.04 (64 bits), ele está completamente instalado; mas quando eu quero executá-lo, nada acontece.

também no terminal gera este erro:

./ldoce5-bin: error while loading shared libraries: libgtk-x11-2.0.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

e depois de tentar:

sudo apt-get install libgtk1.2

gera este erro:

Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree       
Reading state information... Done
E: Unable to locate package libgtk1.2
E: Couldn't find any package by regex 'libgtk1.2'

por quê?

Meu problema finalmente foi corrigido por este pacote e o Longman Dictionary funcionou perfeitamente:)

apt-get install ia32-libs-gtk
