Cheese não inicia

Question

Não consigo iniciar o Cheese Webcam Booth. Ele começa a carregar e há um breve momento em que a janela aparece, mas depois desaparece, como se desligasse e não estivesse no monitor do sistema.

Minha webcam funciona perfeitamente na chamada de vídeo do Skype. Eu instalei e rodei o Camorama e ele me deu um erro: Não foi possível conectar ao dispositivo de vídeo (/ dev / video0) Por favor, verifique a conexão

Quando executo o lsusb , obtenho esta linha para minha webcam:

E para minha placa gráfica, executando lspci :

Não é uma questão premente, mas me incomoda, se funciona no Skype, por que o Cheese e outros programas se recusam a ser executados? Como eu disse, não é grande coisa, mas qualquer ajuda seria apreciada.

Eu recebi os mesmos erros, encontrei relatórios de bugs em todos os lugares. Não se sentiu como o software de depuração para tirar uma foto.

Eu instalei guvcview executando:

sudo aptitude install guvcview

A execução de guvcview funcionou diretamente da minha Logitech, Inc. Webcam C200.
