Eu tinha o Lubuntu 17.04 instalado e quando quis atualizar para a versão 17.10 houve alguns problemas.
Finalmente resolvi o problema desabilitando todos os repositórios e agora tenho o Lubuntu 17.10. mas eu tenho um novo problema.
Segundo: quando eu uso sudo apt-get update eu tenho a seguinte saída que não parece boa:

Não consigo encontrá-lo no meu sources.list
Você pode verificar o seu repositório aqui:
sudo nano /etc/apt/sources.list
Você deve remover o repositório do vinho Ubuntu (o que você tem).
Salve e saia do arquivo.
Adicione este repositório para o vinho Ubuntu.
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntu-wine/ppa
Ou este aqui:
sudo apt-add-repository 'https://dl.winehq.org/wine-builds/ubuntu/'
Finalmente:
