chkrootkit o tty do (s) seguinte (s) processo (s) do usuário não encontrado (s)

Depois que o ClamAv retornou alguns trojans, que eu deletei, executei o chkrootkit e obtive estes resultados:

Ele diz que meu nome de usuário e os comandos root não são encontrados, é algo com que se preocupar?
