Eu recentemente atualizei do Ubuntu 17.04 para 17.10 em um laptop (meu desktop não tem esse problema e também é o Ubuntu 17.10). Depois dessa atualização, quando uso o aplicativo do obturador e edito as imagens, as imagens são realmente muito ruins. Eu tentei desinstalar e reinstalar o obturador e não consertá-lo.
Eu posso criar capturas de tela do Gimp sem imagens sem distorção / mal-intencionadas.
