A edição do obturador de imagens produz imagens fuzzy / bad / aliased no Ubuntu 17.10

Question

Eu recentemente atualizei do Ubuntu 17.04 para 17.10 em um laptop (meu desktop não tem esse problema e também é o Ubuntu 17.10). Depois dessa atualização, quando uso o aplicativo do obturador e edito as imagens, as imagens são realmente muito ruins. Eu tentei desinstalar e reinstalar o obturador e não consertá-lo.

Eu posso criar capturas de tela do Gimp sem imagens sem distorção / mal-intencionadas.

Eu posso usar gnome-screenshot , mas quero poder editar a captura de tela subseqüente com setas e texto, o que não me permite fazê-lo com facilidade / rapidez / eficiência (por exemplo, tenho que desperdiçar tempo repetidamente a captura de tela no Inkscape com muito movimento desperdiçado).
