Eu finalmente descobri! Foi problema com libcurl3 porque era uma versão antiga da libcurl que era de 16.04LTS. Eu desinstalei o libcurl 3 by sudo apt-get remove libcurl3 e tentei sudo apt-get install curl e Bam Funcionou!
Não consigo instalar o crul. Eu recebo essa massagem
