Não é possível atualizar meu Ubuntu 16.04 LTS devido a cabextract não instalar [duplicado]

Então ultimamente eu tenho tentado de tudo para consertar o meu sistema para atualizar e por algum motivo eu não consigo entender isso. Tudo o que eu estou recebendo do meu terminal é o seguinte depois de colocar em sudo apt-get install -f :
