Eu tenho um Dell XPS 13 Developer Edition com 14.04 (meu primeiro servidor sério vai com o Linux fora de um servidor) e drivers de vídeo oem instalados, mas nada que exija aceleração 3D está funcionando.

Eu habilitei o WebGL no Chrome, conforme postado em outra pergunta e recebo um falso positivo de que tudo está funcionando em chrome://gpu
