Configurando Source.list e instalando módulos lsb

Eu queria configurar minha lista de fontes para o ROS (Robotic Operation System) usando este:

sudo sh -c 'echo "deb http://packages.ros.org/ros/ubuntu $(lsb_release
-sc) main" > /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ros-latest.list'

No entanto, recebo este erro:

No LSB modules are available.
sh: 2: -sc: not found

Então eu fui instalar os módulos do lsb usando:

sudo apt-get install lsb-core

mas recebeu este erro:

E: Malformed entry 1 in list file /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ros-latest.list (Component)

Esta é a saída de lsb_release -a:

Então fui verificar o arquivo de origem e tentei repará-lo seguindo as instruções deste site: veja aqui

e eu tenho esse erro quando eu tentei substituir e salvar o novo source.list:

(gedit:3947): Gtk-WARNING **: Calling Inhibit failed: GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.ServiceUnknown: The name org.gnome.SessionManager was not provided by any .service files

e atualizando a lista de fontes, mostra o mesmo erro da instalação dos módulos lsb.

Esse comando deveria ter sido uma linha:

sudo sh -c 'echo "deb http://packages.ros.org/ros/ubuntu $(lsb_release -sc) main" > /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ros-latest.list'

Como isso substitui o arquivo ros-latest.list , você pode simplesmente executar o comando corrigido. Sobrescreverá as linhas incorretas originais.
