Linux 16.04 e phpmyadmin dando muitos erros após o upgrade

Question

Eu tenho tido um problema com o meu Linux 16.04 desde a atualização U do Linux 14.04. Eu recebo erros de permissão tentando acessar arquivos ou executar o comando. Eu meio que resolvo isso passando por algumas das soluções aqui. Ultimamente tentando acessar o phpmyadmin, diz que não tenho permissão e eu desinstalo para que eu possa reinstalar, mas quando eu reiniciar o servidor apache eu recebo esta mensagem de erro.

sudo apt-get purge phpmyadmin

Eu instalei o phpmyadmin e tudo bem, então eu reiniciei o apache e recebi o erro

sudo service apache2 restart

Eu procurei no fórum para ver do que se trata esse erro e executo os comandos para obter todos os itens a seguir, dos quais não tenho idéia. Eu apreciarei qualquer ajuda para resolver isso.
