Estou instalando o ros no Ubuntu 16.04 e tudo correu bem até o seguinte comando
rosdep update
O erro que estou recebendo é o seguinte

Eu estou instalando usando esta . A questão está acontecendo no comando 2 de 1.5;
Eu editei o arquivo / etc / environment com instruções de exportação e nenhum problema com essas declarações de proxy.
Existe alguma necessidade de colocar as declarações de proxy de exportação em algum lugar?
Como corrigir esse problema e atualizá-lo corretamente?
