AMD APU Kabini - OpenCL

Qual é a melhor combinação de software Ubuntu e AMD para que a APU / GPU Kabini seja executada com o OpenCL?

Eu tentei o 16.04.x, o 14.04.5, código aberto e os drivers fechados da AMD. Nada funciona.

Finalmente funcionou no Ubuntu 14.04.2. Tem que ser o nível de patch exato ... 2. Incrível.

Na verdade, estou usando o Fedora, mas gastei muito mais tempo nisso do que meu pequeno A4-5000 vale =)

A conclusão a que cheguei é que o driver AMDGPU deve ter suporte limitado para o Kabini, mas precisa do IOMMU ativado. Se o seu BIOS não suporta o IOMMU, você está sem sorte.

É claro que adoraria ouvir uma história mais feliz de alguém que esteja mais bem informado.
