Apache2: SSL não funciona

Eu tenho um servidor LTS 16.04.03 instalado e funcionando. O Apache2 está sendo executado como veiculação do link do site . Eu instalei um certificado SSL do LetsEncrypt usando o Certbot. No entanto, ainda não podemos nos conectar ao site com SSL.

"a2enmod SSL" está ativado o site está ativado

Não há nada sobre SSL no /var/logs/apache/error.log

netstat -ntlp | grep LISTEN mostra ::: 80 e ::: 443 como ouvindo Apache2

Como posso fazer o SSL funcionar?
