Seguindo um sudo apt purge apport que é executado com sucesso, eu faço: sudo apt install apport (tentei fixar as duas versões, o resultado é sempre o mesmo)

A instalação trava aqui. CTRL-C não faz nada, eu tenho que matar o terminal.
Depois disso, para fazer a limpeza, tenho que fazer sudo rm /var/lib/dpkg/lock , em seguida, sudo rm /var/cache/apt/archives/lock , em seguida, sudo dpkg --configure -a
Ele trava aqui:

Eu não tenho ideia do que fazer neste momento. Ele pode estar relacionado ao Python, que executa 3.6.3 por padrão (o Python 3.7.0 também está instalado)
