Não tinha certeza de onde perguntar isso.
O problema: Estou executando o Ubuntu 16.04 64bit em um Dell Latitude mais antigo. Na semana passada, meu computador deixou conexões com três dos meus cafés favoritos. Estou ficando sem cafés!
Eu não consigo mais me conectar, enquanto outros se conectam bem. Eu posso pingar o roteador, mas quando eu tento ping somewebsite.com ele trava por 10 segundos antes de ping com sucesso. Às vezes, trava indefinidamente. Os navegadores não respondem completamente.
Outra peculiaridade é a presença de um dispositivo eno-avahi listado no sistema.

A rota em execução mostra que estou conectado ao gateway como bom. O gerente de rede também mostra que a conexão é estabelecida com muita força.

Eu executei um dump de DHCP pensando que talvez houvesse um erro de configuração durante a atribuição de IP, mas para meus olhos destreinados, tudo parece bom.
