O ksoftirqd / 0 está usando 30% do tempo da CPU. Quando eu conecto um memory stick em qualquer porta USB, o problema desaparece (o ksoftirqd para de funcionar). O problema ocorre de forma intermitente e não consegui identificar o que o aciona.
Estou executando o Ubuntu 16.04 e tentei usar o kernel 4.8 mais recente para corrigir o problema.
