Eu instalei o Ubuntu 16.04.
As configurações do meu sistema não abrem, mas apenas piscam 3 vezes muito rápido. Ele abriu algumas vezes, mas não mais.
No terminal eu digitei
unity-control-center
e obtivemos

Então eu tentei:
sudo apt-get remove gnome-control-center && sudo apt-get install --reinstall unity-control-center
Também tentei:
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install gnome-control-center
Nenhuma alteração.
