Acabei de instalar o lubuntu 17.10, atualizei todos os pacotes e habilitei drivers adicionais. Nenhuma sorte com dispositivos wifi. "system profiler and benchmark" - > rede- > interfaces não mostra e dispositivos wifi, apenas locais e ethernet.
lsusb mostra isso:
