Eu configurei o LDAP com starttls no Ubuntu16.04 usando este link .
Estou recebendo os seguintes erros para os comandos ldapmodify e ldapwhami
$ sudo ldapmodify -H ldapi:// -Y EXTERNAL -f addcerts.ldif
SASL/EXTERNAL authentication started SASL username: gidNumber=0+uidNumber=0,cn=peercred,cn=external,cn=auth SASL SSF: 0 modifying entry "cn=config" ldap_modify: Other (e.g., implementation specific) error (80)
$ ldapwhoami -H ldap:// -x -ZZ
ldapstarttls: Protocol error (2) additional info: unsupported extended operation
Ele está funcionando bem sem a opção TLS.
$ ldapwhoami -H ldap:// -x
anonymous
