e reinicie. Isso deve desbloquear seu Wi-Fi.
Antes de mais, sinto muito se este tópico for duplicado com outro, mas não encontrei uma solução para o problema.
Então eu comprei o novo laptop (Lenovo Y520) e configurei o dual boot Win10 com o Ubuntu 16.04 e o wireless não funciona para o ubuntu (LAN funciona).
