Não é possível conectar dispositivos Bluetooth ao meu laptop depois de atualizar o driver do Windows [duplicado]

Question

Eu tenho um sistema de inicialização dupla com o Windows e o Ubuntu. Anteriormente, meu mouse e fones de ouvido eram capazes de se conectar, mas depois que atualizei o driver no lado do meu Windows para lidar com a desconexão, não consegui mais adicionar dispositivos no lado do Ubuntu.

Atualmente, tenho apenas o gerenciador de Bluetooth. Tentei seguir estas instruções nos fóruns do Ubuntu , mas não tive sorte.

Então eu tentei seguir as instruções do Ubuntu 16.04.2 em Intel NUC7i3, Bluetooth não funciona mas não resolveu meus problemas. Pelo menos eu sei que não resolveu diretamente o meu problema

e usei bluetoothctl para remover o dispositivo salvo. Ran scan on then pair <bluetooth mac address> than connect <bluetooth mac address>

Isso funcionou para o meu mouse, mas quando tentei conectar meus fones de ouvido bluetooth JBL, não funcionou. Então não estou bem claro sobre o motivo da questão.
