incapaz de instalar o módulo python [duplicado]

Question

No sistema operacional ubuntu17.10 e estou usando o python3.6. Quando estou tentando instalar um novo módulo, ele mostra o seguinte problema.

Você não precisa ser root para instalar o software, é por isso que você usa o sudo. Você deve fazer login como usuário normal e fazer

sudo apt install python3-numpy
