Como reparticionar o disco rígido para instalar o novo sistema operacional?

Eu instalei o ubuntu 16.04 e a memória do meu disco rígido de desktop é de 1TB. O problema é que eu sou pouco familiarizado com a parte da memória que eu deveria reformatar para que eu possa instalar outra versão do Linux e do Windows.

Eu adoraria receber sugestões de qual unidade devo reformatar para poder ter mais espaço livre e instalar outro sistema operacional, onde o sistema operacional atual não será afetado.
