Estou usando uma biblioteca chamada tts que utiliza o mpg123. Unfortuanlty não está funcionando no meu subsistema Ubuntu Windows 10 como eu estava recebendo a mensagem de erro mpg123.

A versão do mpg123 é 1.16.0 do repositório oficial do Ubuntu
