Nenhuma rede (wifi e ethernet)

Question

Comecei a usar o Ubuntu 17.04 depois de trocar de janelas há um mês, e assim que instalei o ubuntu tive problemas com o meu wifi. Tenho placa de rede RTL8821AE e tive que instalar drivers de terceiros de aqui
. O wifi não funcionou muito bem como eu tive que reiniciar o meu wifi cerca de 2-3 vezes por dia, uma vez que parou de funcionar, mas um reinício fez o trabalho.
Hoje meu wifi não funcionou, então eu reiniciei, mas ele não voltou.
Depois de abrir o nmtui não havia nenhuma guia wifi ou com fio. Tentei ligar com fio não funcionou. Por favor me ajude.

Por algum motivo, a rede de gerenciamento de rede foi desativada na configuração. Para desligar o serviço gerenciador de rede, vá para o arquivo network-manager.state, ative a rede e inicie o serviço gerenciador de rede novamente.
