Como entender qual é desnecessário no BootUp

E eu não sei qual deles devo desativar. Então eu escrevo sudo systemctl list-dependencies nmbd.service --reverse , mas ainda assim, é muito complicado para mim entender este gráfico:

Meu tempo de inicialização aumentou com a nova atualização do sistema, mas antes disso, eu tenho inicialização dupla e apaguei o Windows no meu computador. A tela de inicialização dupla apareceu e mudo timeout = 10 para timeout = 0 na configuração de inicialização. Talvez isso seja algo relevante.
