, mas quando eu corro, ele me lança com esse erro

Não consigo instalar nenhum pacote devido a esse erro.
Eu tentei remover libjpeg8-dev por sudo apt-get remove libjpeg8-dev
e sudo apt-get purge libjpeg8-dev
acabou recebendo erros
