Erro ao compilar o programa com makefile: referência indefinida ao símbolo 'trunc @@ GLIBC_2.2.5'

Eu estou tentando compilar um programa no Linux + openmpi usando um makefile, mas recebi este erro: Eu olhei as respostas para problemas semelhantes, mas ainda posso consertá-lo.

O makefile está abaixo: Eu suspeito que tenha a ver com uma biblioteca perdida, mas não consigo encontrar como fazer isso.
