Após redimensionar com gparted, ainda não há espaço utilizável

Eu estendi uma partição raiz ext4 no Ubuntu 16.04.2 LTS, tudo correu bem. No entanto, mesmo após a reinicialização, o novo tamanho não está disponível. Isso NÃO é uma duplicata, pois perguntas semelhantes não respondem à pergunta ou não a resolvem. df -h mostra:

/dev/sda4       335G    319G  222M  100% /

resize2fs já foi feito por gparted , mas quando de qualquer forma a executar novamente, diz:

Das Dateisystem ist bereits 89022208 (4k) Blöcke lang. Nichts zu tun!

(sistema de arquivos já tem 89022208 (4k) blocos longos. Nada a fazer!
