Problema resolvido! Eu fiz falta mimetypes.py do github, depois (maybie não necessário) fez sudo apt-get install --reinstall python2.7
Eu removi alguns arquivos mimetypes "errados". Como posso resolver esse erro? Reinstalar o electrum e o pip não resolveu isso.
