Não é possível instalar o pyaudio 0.2.9 no Ubuntu 16.04. Como posso instalar?

Acredito que pip tente evitar a alteração de determinadas permissões de diretório para root do aviso. Use o comando abaixo para que o /home seja sempre definido para o seu:

sudo -H pip3 install pyaudio==0.2.9 --upgrade
