Editor VapourSynth - Falha ao carregar biblioteca de scripts vapoursynth!

Question

Eu instalei o VapourSynth Editor no lubuntu 16.04, mas quando eu abro o programa com o seguinte script:

import vapoursynth as vs
core = vs.get_core()
video = core.ffms2.Source(source='video.mp4')
video.set_output()

Eu recebo este erro:

Você pode não ter instalado o VapourSynth em si ou feito errado. Tente usar este manual: link
