Quando estou executando o comando
sudo apt-get upgrade
Mostra o erro:

Eu tentei executar:
sudo dpkg --configure -a
sudo apt-get install -f
e estou recebendo o mesmo erro. Então eu tentei remover o pacote:
sudo apt remove libexiv2-14:amd64

Estou entendendo isso;
Eu finalmente consegui resolver o problema, primeiro removi o pacote inteiro usando este comando:
sudo dpkg --remove --force-all libexiv2-14
E depois de atualizar as fontes:
sudo apt-get update
Eu reinstalei o pacote mencionado.
sudo apt-get --reinstall install libexiv2-14
