Redmine instalation no Ubuntu 16.04 com nginx

Question

Eu tentei instalar o redmine 3.2.2 (latest Ver.) no servidor ubuntu 16.04 com nginx. Então eu encontrei alguns erros para instalar o redmine. Alguém me ajudaria a resolver esse problema?
