Eu consigo fazer o apt-get update, mas não consigo atualizar, instalar ou limpar. Estou recebendo o seguinte erro:

libc6-dev: Depends:libc6 (=2.19-0ubuntu6.9) but 2.24-9 is to be installed
nodejs-dev: Depends:libssl-dev(>=1.0.0.0g) but it is not going to be installed
E: Unmet dependencies. Try apt-get -f install with no packages
Eu tentei a maioria das soluções, como: aqui ou aqui
Mas nenhum deles está funcionando.
